Your Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Customer Service Team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play an active role in supporting the daily operations that keep our customers and sales teams connected and satisfied.
What You’ll Do
**Manage coffee machine orders**: prepare proforma invoices, purchase orders, and documentation
Support daily tracking of available machines in stock
Provide regular reports to the sales team to streamline order management
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly order overviews
Interact with customers and understand their needs
Contribute to developing and maintaining business relationships
Participate in special projects and trade shows when required
Process spare parts orders and verify order details
Update client records and maintain documentation archives
What You Bring
Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Languages
Solid understanding of order processes and basic accounting
Proficiency in English (other languages are a plus)
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit
