- Business Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Approximately 4/5 years of experiece gained within a Marketing role
- Demonstrated high level project management skills
- Strong mental agility and Curiosity
- Proficiency in English and Italian is required.

**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Zemena & Italy Marketing Manager Gifting & Seasonal, you will develop and execute the strategy for Easter Campaign cross channel (focus Retail and OOH) and cross brand, to ensure business targets (organic growth, market share and profitability). You will be the line manager of a Junior Brand Manager to develop and grow, to reach the business objectives as well as build a strong and successful team.

**A Day in the Life of the Brand Manager - Seasonal Easter**:
**_Consumer and market:_**
- Develops a deep understanding of consumer/shopper behavior, identifying key opportunities and issues
- Develops and executes strong, functionally aligned commercial plans
- Develops and executes strong, functionally aligned Media plans
- Monitors and analyze sell out data to understand and better design the strategy
- Monitors and manages PFME spending.

**_Brand:_**
- Works in partnership with the Creative Agency and Media Agency to create a successful Communication Media plan
- Builds a strong Activation Concept that can be relevant to the target and create earned-media reaffirming Nestlé as one of the great leaders in the season led by Baci Perugina brand
- Works with graphic agencies and ensures all pieces of brand communication (packaging, POP materials, Catalogues )

**_Product portfolio:_**
- Leads the strategy and creation of Easter Campaign offer (range, formats, promo), in Retail Channel and in OOH
- Innovation & Renovation projects from idea generation to product launch and post launch evaluation, involving all the relevant stakeholders and business functions
- Manage and be responsible of the Easter Campaign P&L.
