**Job Role / Responsibilities**

After the probation period, you will follow a continuous training plan aimed at developing advanced skills and obtaining key industry certifications (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001 LA/LI, ISO/IEC 22301 LA/LI, ISO/IEC 42001 LA/LI, CISA)

You will gain experience in:

- Defining cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives and context, including the development of multi-year roadmaps for continuous improvement;
- Reviewing organizational models and cybersecurity documentation frameworks in light of regulatory and technological evolution;
- Designing and implementing cybersecurity governance models;
- Managing business continuity and crisis response processes;
- Supporting regulatory compliance (e.g., DORA, NIS2, SWIFT) and alignment with international standards (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001);Designing and delivering security awareness initiatives.

We are looking for someone with:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in technical or IT-related disciplines;
- Some experience in Cybersecurity Governance;
- Basic knowledge of methodologies, frameworks, and international standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27000, GDPR, NIS2, DORA);
- Good experience with Microsoft Office tools;
- Fluency in Italian and English language;
- Strong team spirit, problem-solving attitude, and goal-oriented mindset;Willingness to travel within Italy and Europe.

**Nice to have**

Cybersecurity certifications already obtained are considered a plus.
