Storico ristorante di hotel 4 stelle in centro a Como, che offre servizio colazione, pranzo e cena, aperto anche a pubblico esterno, ricerca Maitre / Restaurant Manager con consolidata esperienza e in grado di garantire l'ottimale funzionalità del servizio di sala, avente i seguenti requisiti:

- capacità di lavorare in team con il personale di sale e di cucina
- capacità di problem solving, organizzative e di pianificazione
- capacità di creare menù e offerte e di gestire i rapporti coi fornitori
- capacità di gestire e organizzare le attività di cucina e di sala
- capacità di svolgere le attività amministrative gestionali (ordini, chiusure fiscali, versamenti, inventari)
- capacità di gestire il controllo e l'approvvigionamento delle materie prime
- capacità di gestione del personale e dei turni
- capacità ed esperienza nella formazione del personale di sala
- conoscenza di almeno tre lingue

Non viene offerta disponibilità di alloggio.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato

Possibilità di pendolarismo/trasferimento:

- Como, Lombardia: Poter raggiungere agevolmente la sede lavorativa o avere intenzione di trasferirsi prima di iniziare il lavoro (Obbligatorio)
