Due to the current expansion of the Group, we are looking for a

**VP FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION**

to join the Finance Team based in our headquarter in Milan. Reporting to the CFO, the VP Finance & Administration will focus mainly on the Financial Controlling for the companies of Datrix Group.

**Responsibilities**
- Supports financial plans of development for each company of the Group, at local and international level;
- Responsible for the revenue, cost elements and balance sheet for the Group and its companies;
- Ownership of the cyclic end processes, ensuring the accurate close of the books (revenues, cost accruals, etc ) with clear explanations of variances vs forecast;
- Leads the periodic revenue and cost forecasting process for the Group, to review and update the associated companies forecasts;
- Controlling financial plans inside specific scenarios like merging, acquisitions, capital increases in a context of companies listed on the Stock Exchange;
- Helps determining and supports the CFO on long and short-term financial goals for each company of the Group, outlining the Group’s financial direction and expectations and predicting financial outcomes;
- Supports the CFO, alongside the Management Team, in taking relevant decisions by providing insights and analysis on the business performance;
- Builds and manages a proper administration framework for the Group;
- Supports the CFO and the Management Team in driving the annual budget process and cascading of budget into targets, including the process of FTE planning as basis for forecast and budget.

**Requirements**:

- University degree (with preference to Economics);
- A significant previous experience in Finance Planning & Control function inside structured environments (i.e., Groups with controlled companies at international level, listed on the Stock Exchange, preferably Euronext Growth);
- Understanding of financial and operational metrics;
- Expert in financial controlling inside specific scenarios like M&A operations;
- Expert in extraordinary finance transactions;
- Cyclic End Accounting Close experience;
- Strong Financial Modelling Skills;
- Strong analytical skills, organization, and curiosity;
- Fluent in English
