La figura ricercata sarà assunta dalla società STILL S.p.A., parte dell’organizzazione Kion Industrial Trucks Services EMEA - ITALY. Questa comprende al suo interno i brand STILL, Linde Material Handling e Baoli. Questi brand sono parte del KION Group, gruppo internazionale leader nel settore del material handling e dell’intralogística.
L’Head of Controlling riporterà direttamente al Vice President Finance & Controlling EMEA- ITALY e gestirà un team di due risorse, interfacciandosi con la Direzione aziendale, i responsabili di business, l’headquarter e le filiali.

Responsabilità
- Contribuire alla chiusura di bilancio mensile, composto da Conto Economico e Stato Patrimoniale redatti con i principi IFRS, in collaborazione con il team centrale e il centro di servizi di Gruppo.
- Elaborare il Rolling Forecast mensile, coordinando il contributo dei vari enti aziendali
- Gestire il processo di pianificazione e budgeting
- Assicurare la predisposizione della reportistica interna per le diverse business line e le diverse unità di vendita, analizzando gli scostamenti per principali KP
- Analizzare l’andamento dei costi fissi ed i relativi scostamenti
- Partecipare attivamente al miglioramento dei processi interni e reportistic
- Collaborare con la Direzione e con il Business per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:

- Laurea in discipline economiche
- Esperienza 7-10 anni nel controllo di gestione di realtà commerciali strutturate -quotate in borsa, preferibilmente con coordinamento di risorse
- Buona conoscenza dei principi contabili internazionali IFRS e della contabilità generale
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel, e MS Power BI
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)Preferibile conoscenza del sistema gestionale SAP

Saranno imprescindibili ottime doti relazionali, comunicative, organizzative, proattività, autonomia, visione strategica e gestione delle risorse.
