**Account Manager - Lazio**

**Area di riferimento**: Centro-Sud Italia
**Percorso di crescita**: Evoluzione prevista nel ruolo di Area Sales Manager entro 18 mesi
**Settore**: Trattamento Acque Industriali

**Attività principali**:

- Gestione e sviluppo del portafoglio clienti, con attenzione alla customer satisfaction
- Assistenza técnica sui trattamenti chimici in corso e supporto nella fase di avviamento e test
- Analisi degli impianti, individuazione di criticità e nuove opportunità commerciali
- Stesura di relazioni tecniche e preparazione di proposte tecnico-commerciali personalizzate
- Coordinamento con i team interni per soluzioni impiantistiche e tecniche
- Raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e marginalità
- Monitoraggio delle tendenze di mercato e segnalazione di nuove opportunità al management

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Chimica o diploma tecnico a indirizzo chimico
- Esperienza di 3-5 anni nel settore Water Treatment
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- Disponibilità a trasferte su territorio nazionale (circa 40% del tempo)
