**Workplace Advisory**: As a team of designers, analysts and researchers, the Workplace Advisory is dedicated to matching architectural and interior design with business objectives and changing needs of organisations towards the new ways of working. We explore and envision the future of communities, cultures and corporations and how these will influence our built environments. We work with clients to understand their needs and we undertake post-occupancy surveys to learn from practical experience.

What this job involves
Working effectively as part of an integrated Workplace Advisory project team. Dealing with clients and stakeholders within large corporate environments. Running workplace consultancy projects from end-to-end.
Co-ordinating and undertaking strategic workplace analysis exercises of the physical, cultural and technological aspects of a working environment.
Developing Strategic Design Briefs and space budgets for large scale workplace projects.
Analysis, preparation and presentation of design briefs, spatial design studies and space utilization analysis.

Education in Architecture/Interior Design and/or Real Estate consultancy.
Ideally with experience on design/interior workplace consultancy projects
Fluent in English
High proficiency in AUTOCAD, Revit and drafting skills. Ability to produce professional 3D drawings with rendering software is a plus.
High graphic design skills. Passion for beautiful typography.
Excellent presentation skills (especially In-Design, Power Point, Photoshop etc).
Strong understanding of current best practices and trends in the workplace and other architecture & design fields: it will be an added value the knowledge about residential, retail and hospitality fields.
Excellent research, data analysis and report writing capabilities. Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
Keen to learn from and be inspired by others and to contribute to the learning and development of others
Able to fully understand client needs and how these effects the development of design solutions
Able to manage and prioritise tasks and time efficiently, to be well organised and efficient in project delivery
Ability to work on multiple assignments, prioritise effectively and work under pressure.
