We are looking for a Product Designer who will join our Business Unit MailUp+Contactlab, Growens' biggest Business Unit.
About MailUp+Contactlab
Contactlab offers an integrated purpose of engagement marketing products and strategic services to maximize business returns and reinforce client-brand relationships. The Contactlab Marketing Cloud platform enables brands to grow the value of their contacts, enhance conversions, boost sales, and retain customers with personalized messages and real-time conversations. Contactlab also offers multi-technology campaign management services.
Your impact
As a Product Designer, your role will be to contribute to the growth of the MailUp and Contactlab platforms in one of our squads.
Your core responsibilities will be:
- Become an expert on MailUp and Contactlab products
- Work with the rest of the product team to define new developments by understanding what our customers need, identifying friction points and measuring the usability of existing and new developments
- Work with the development team to lead the user experience of new developments
- Keep updated the design documentation that helps a digital product team to scale
- Execute the phases of the UX design process (Analysis, Research, Prototyping & Design and Implementation)
- Design new and effective UX solutions that represent the best balance between user needs and business goals, values and KPI

- Communication Sciences or Design degree, or equivalent
- Experience with design document production, such as wireframes and user flows
- Excellent knowledge of design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent
- Experience with prototyping and user testing. Experience working with developers, in Agile methodology, to transform concepts into digital products
- Experience in delivering qualitative and quantitative research-based actionable insights and conducting remote qualitative user research studies (is a plus) Location Our office is in Milan, Cremona or remote. If you work remotely, we may ask you to join us in Milan or Cremona for in-person sessions from time to time.
