**Position**:
The Security Officer will be part of the Control Room, reporting directly to the Security Function. He/She will be responsible for continuously monitoring company security systems and ensuring the operational continuity of security and control activities. The resource will play a key role in coordinating communications and supporting internal and external resources, ensuring prompt intervention, precision in process management, and absolute confidentiality of the information processed.
The role requires not only technical and linguistic skills but also analytical skills, the ability to manage priorities, and strong discretion in carrying out activities, considering the sensitive nature of the information and operations managed. The Security Officer must also be able to interact with national and international stakeholders, maintaining a professional and collaborative attitude in all circumstances.

- Supervise and monitor security and protection activities.
- Coordinate internal and external resources involved in security services.
- Manage access, control, and security procedures for sensitive areas.
- Analyze risks and vulnerabilities, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to incidents, audits, and control activities.
- Collaborate with the Security Function and competent authorities in case of emergencies.
- Promote a security culture within the organization.
**Profile**:
**Required Skills and Abilities**:
- Appointment as a Non-Armed Security Guard (GPG) as decreed, in accordance with Article 138 of the T.U.L.P.S. (R.D. June 18, 1931, No. 773).
- Previous experience in security, preferably in complex or structured environments.
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in main IT tools and the Office package.
- Analytical skills, precision, reliability, and discretion in carrying out activities.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and holidays.
- Knowledge of French: considered a plus.
