**Descrizione**

**Endor è** uno studio specializzato in CGI e digital experience. Stiamo cercando **3D Generalist** esperti per unirsi al nostro team e lavorare su un progetto innovativo focalizzato sulla **creazione e animazione di personaggi realistici e dinamici** utilizzando **MetaHuman di Unreal Engine**.

**Cosa Farai**
- **Creazione e personalizzazione di personaggi 3D realistici**, utilizzando **MetaHuman** e software avanzati come **ZBrush**.
- **Animazione facciale dinamica**, con sincronizzazione labiale precisa tramite **MetaHuman Animator**.
- Rigging avanzato per movimenti realistici e naturali.
- Gestione di **texturing, shading e lighting** per garantire un aspetto fotorealistico.
- **Ottimizzazione e integrazione di asset** per pipeline scalabili.
- Compositing e post-produzione con **Adobe After Effects**.
- Renderizzazione e finalizzazione di scene tramite **Unreal Engine**.

**Competenze Richieste**
- **Unreal Engine**: Esperienza avanzata, con focus su **MetaHuman**.
- **ZBrush**: Creazione e modifica dettagliata di personaggi.
- **Rigging e animazione**: Capacità di creare rigging complessi e movimenti facciali sincronizzati.
- **Texturing e shading**: Competenze avanzate per materiali realistici.
- **Compositing e post-produzione**: Esperienza con **Adobe After Effects** per perfezionare le scene.
- Capacità di lavorare su una pipeline ottimizzata e rispettare standard qualitativi elevati.
