SoleChem Srl supplies thousands of chemicals—including Food & Feed additives, Pharma & Cosmetic ingredients, Industrial chemicals, and Activated Carbon. We’re hiring a Sales Support Specialist to keep quotes, orders, and shipments moving: prepare offers & PIs, enter and track orders, coordinate samples, gather TDS/SDS/CoA, book logistics under Incoterms, and keep customers up to date.

Requirements (must-have):

- Fluency in Italian & English
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data accuracy
- Experience in B2B order processing/logistics or customer operations

Preferred (nice to have):

- 3 years in chemical distribution
- Familiarity with TDS/SDS, and basic Incoterms; documents like CMR - B/L - AWB
- Bachelor’s in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering

Location: Milan area (on-site)
