We are looking for a **Streaming Manager **(Italy, Spain & Portugal) for our Recordings Team in Milano. As a key member of the streaming team you will develop, manage, and drive the streaming strategy and performance to maximize digital revenues for both catalogue and frontline releases in Italy, Spain and Portugal. This exciting task requires excellent communication skills to align with international and local teams and to collaborate closely with partners based in all three markets. **Your Mission** Your main tasks are split into 2 working fields **Relationships** - You are responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with the key digital partners in Italy, Spain and Portugal e.g. Spotify, Apple, Amazon, Deezer - You will be directly involved in the strategic streaming development of frontline and catalogue domestic repertoires in Italy, Spain and Portugal and will support the local Recordings Teams. - You will work closely with the global digital team as well as the international marketing teams and our distribution partner Warner/ADA to exploit our frontline and catalogue international repertoire in Italy, Spain and Portugal **Leveraging Sales and Marketing Campaigns, Research & Strategy** - You will be responsible for developing and compiling sales tools such pitches, decks to communicate new release information and marketing updates to the above-mentioned partners - You will be responsible for regular sales and streaming reporting for colleagues and artist managements. - You will derive suitable recommendations from the monitoring and analysis of the digital performance of our repertoire - You will define and execute streaming campaigns in close cooperation with our local and international teams. - You will perform specific market researches to develop ad hoc local strategies and plans **Your Profile** - You have successfully completed a professional education in the fields of marketing or music & creative industries and work experience with music streaming platforms and/or experience in the fields of recorded music, artist management or digital marketing - You can manage to stay in sync with the rest of the teams by being an excellent pro-active communicator - You are very organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful - You are an open-minded person, flexible about supporting different teams, engaging with different cultures, approaching different markets. - If needed you can work very independently - You can execute opportunities as they arise together with the rest of our team, even under tight deadlines - You have a broad repertoire knowledge as well as a good understanding of different subcultures - You are keen to learn about foreign countries, markets, cultures and businesses and research is something that excites you - You are fluent in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus **What We Offer** - Benefits like Work from Home regulations, a Headspace membership and many more - Ongoing training opportunities on our internal platforms BMG Campus and Bertelsmann University - Long-term career opportunities for all employees - A collaborative work environment with an open, appreciative community of people who all share the same passion for working with artists and songwriters - Our unique corporate culture based on strong values and mutual support that make us a great team **This Is Us** As the great Kurt Cobain once said, "Come as you are."
