Il nostro Cliente, una prestigiosa realtà in forte crescita ed espansione, ci ha incarico di ricercare un:
**HR BUSINESS PARTNER/RESPONSABILE RELAZIONI INDUSTRIALI**

che avrà il compito di allineare le strategie HR con le necessità del business assicurando il rispetto delle politiche aziendali e delle leggi vigenti in materia di lavoro. Sarà il primo punto di contatto HR per i lavoratori garantendo di trasmettere al business le necessità e le problematiche che i lavoratori stessi sollevano coordinandosi con le diverse funzioni del business per raccogliere o fornire informazioni e/o supporto.

In particolare, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- Svolgere quotidianamente il ruolo di consulente HR per il business di riferimento fornendo le informazioni su policy e procedure aziendali nonché informazioni sulle normative sul lavoro
- Analizzare le metriche di assenteismo, turnover, straordinari
- Definire con il business e la direzione aziendale le azioni da intraprendere per garantire le performance.
- Supportare il business come primo punto di contatto per ogni questione legale relativa alla gestione della turnistica e dell’organizzazione del lavoro supportandola nella creazione di soluzione per lo svolgimento delle attività.
- Coordinarsi con la funzione Legal/Sindacale di gruppo per qualsiasi problematica complessa o rilevante che può avere impatti sul regolare svolgimento delle attività o generare contenziosi.
- Supporta il business in coordinamento con la funzione Legal/Sindacale per la gestione delle violazioni delle policy o del CCNL.

Ha quindi una buona conoscenza della legislazione del lavoro ed è’ capace di leggere le metriche HR

Necessarie spiccate capacità relazionali, comunicative ed empatie a tutti i livelli aziendali.

Completano il profilo una buona dote di resilienza e capacità di gestione dello stress, oltre che un atteggiamento positivo nei confronti della complessità.

**Sede di lavoro**: Novara, con disponibilità a trasferte sul Nord Ovest.

Per la centralità della posizione non è al momento previsto smartworking.
