Key Responsibilities

Clearing Operations Office main activities:

- Daily Margin payments with Members and interoperable CCPs;
- Management of collateral in cash and securities;
- Management of intraday Margins;
- Cancellation and rectification of trades;
- Management of PM accounts for investment activities;
- Daily Report of PM account’s movements;
- Shifting work for supporting members;
- Management of Default Funds;
- Insertion in the Clearing System of new financial products;
- Back up for Settlement Operations activities.

Settlement Operations Office main activities:

- Daily settlement’s cycles monitoring;
- ICSD’s pre-settlement balances management;
- ICSD’s settlement instruction management;
- Fails management and execution of Buy-In (Cash Settlement);
- Management of the impact corporate actions in the Clearing and Settlement;
- Management of the impact of Buyer protection in the Clearing and Settlement;
- Settlement management of CC&G’s investments;
- Back up for Clearing Operations activities.
- Operations Area main activities:

- Client support;
- Account Manager;
- Preparation of business requirements, specifications, CR or other documentation;
- Participation in internal and external tests;
- Participation in internal and external working groups; Weekly and monthly expiry of derivatives.

Tom activities:

- In line with the Euronext strategic plan, Euronext Clearing will develop from a CCP serving Italian markets to the CCP of the Group clearing all the Euronext cash and derivatives market. This process implies the consequent review and enhancement of clearing and settlement activities. The position will evolve to perform these new revised and enhanced activities.
- Previous job experience in the financial markets;
- Participation in working groups;
- Economics or Finance Degree;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Good analytical skills and capacity of summary;
- Perfect knowledge of Office programs;
- Precision in drafting documents;
- Team player.

More

Any knowledge of one or more new generation programming languages (for example Python) is much appreciated.
