Local Unit & Position Description:
We are looking for a new colleague to join our DNV Business Assurance Certification Operations Planning team in Rome as a **Planner**. The main goal of the role is to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the audit planning process.
**The main responsibilities will include**:

- Plan audits according to the rules and schedules, assigning auditors to audit activities in South Italy area.
- Update the database and keep it updated with all subsequent clients' changes.
- Ensure the positive and efficient communication flow within the organization and with clients and customers.
- Prepare and send planning communication to the clients.

Position Qualifications:

- Strong communication and organizational skills,
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team,
- Ability to manage stressful situations, and work well under time pressure,
- At least 2-3 years' previous work experience in back office/ administrative roles, preferably in structured/ international companies,
- Good English language skills (verbal and written),
- Fluent Italian,
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
