Il ruolo dovrà garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi economici dell’hotel attraverso la supervisione delle attività operative della struttura, la gestione e valorizzazione delle risorse umane interne al fine di creare un ambiente di lavoro stimolante e performante, l’interfaccia con la struttura di Sales&Marketing e di Revenue Management per lo sviluppo del business, l’ottimizzazione degli standard di servizio e della customer experience.

È in possesso di diploma o Laurea di preferenza ad indirizzo Turistico alberghiero, possiede un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e preferibilmente di una seconda lingua, indispensabile una importante la conoscenza del tessuto economico/turistico/sociale della città.
