For our _Real World Solution Team_ in Milan, we are looking for an **Analyst **in** Pricing and Market Access**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform **literature reviews** and develop **Disease landscape, Competitors & HTA analysis**:

- Support the definition of **Product positioning & target population**:

- Build Product’s **Key Value Messages** and Payer **Value Propositions**:

- Prepare **Pricing and Reimbursement Dossiers** (National & Regional) and **Value Communication Tool**:

- Support **Payer & KOL consultations** to capture stakeholder insights through primary research interviews, Advisory Boards and Preference elicitation methods (e.g., Delphi panel, MCDA)
- Support the preparation, execution and follow up of **client workshops**:

- Perform **qualitative and quantitative analyses** on economic and clinical data to aid the development of recommendations
- ** Work independently and as part of a team**, being able to collaborate with others and support team members

**Requirements**:

- MSc degree in** Life Science or Economics** **disciplines** with strong record of academic achievement
- A second degree or course in **Market Access/Health Economics** is considered as a plus
- At least **1-year work experience** gained preferably with a consulting firm specialized in the Market Access field
- Knowledge of Italian health care system and Market access dynamics
- ** Excellent Microsoft Office Skills**: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with Power Point
- Proficiency in** English** (both written and spoken)
- Strong **communication and presentation skills**:

- Excellent execution skills, consistently **meeting deadlines**:

- **Proactivity, curiosity**, keenness to learn and commitment to a rapid development curve
