CUSTOMER SERVICE CON INGLESE FLUENTE

La risorsa si occuperà di
Inserire gli ordini a sistema
mantenere le relazioni e i contatti con i clienti, analizzare le richieste di ordine
gestire il follow up dell'offerta e dell'ordine fino all'evasione
contatto diretto con la produzione
gestione reclami, ritardi, scadenze e post vendita

**Requisiti**:
Esperienza nella mansione di 1/2 anni, con provenienza da aziende di produzione
Diploma o laurea
Conoscenza FLUENTE DELLA LINGUA INGLESE
Gradita conoscenza del FRANCESE
Padronanza degli strumenti informatici
Completano il profilo spiccate doti relazionali e comunicative, capacità di problem solving

Offerta contrattuale
Contratto di somministrazione di 6 mesi + proroghe o assunzione diretta c/o azienda cliente
