San Marino Tourservice, tour operator con sede a San Marino, è alla ricerca di un **HR Manager **per la costruzione di un reparto HR in grado di accompagnare l’evoluzione dell’azienda.

La risorsa riporterà al Board e si occuperà di gestire:

- L’iter di ricerca e selezione del personale;
- Il processo di onboarding dei nuovi assunti;
- L’amministrazione del personale (assunzioni e cessazioni, contrattualistica del lavoro);
- Le politiche retributive e la redazione di policies HR, a supporto della Direzione;
- Il monitoraggio fabbisogni formativi e definizione piani di crescita;
- La progettazione e implementazione piano di valutazione delle performance

**REQUISITI**:

- Esperienza di 2-3 anni come HR Generalist o Specialist;
- Laurea triennale o magistrale in materie umanistiche o economiche;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office.

- Attitudine al lavoro di gruppo;
- Capacità di problem solving e decision making;
- Precisione, organizzazione e pianificazione delle attività;
- Proattività, motivazione alla formazione continua e alla crescita.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 12 mesi

Istruzione:

- Laurea triennale (Obbligatorio)

Esperienza:

- Hr Generalist: 3 anni (Obbligatorio)
