**About the Role**

This is the opportunity you've been waiting for Join our Marketing team within the Consumer Goods Business Unit and work alongside our Brand Manager for the NUVENIA brand, a beloved brand by millions of consumers worldwide. In this internship, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic and stimulating environment, where you can bring your ideas to life and pursue your professional goals. You will gain access to a wide range of experiences and learn directly from industry leaders, contributing to projects that make a difference. This is an internship placement opportunity for a duration of 6 months full
- time, with a possibility of extension. Position will be based in Legnano (MI), our offices are reachable by car or by train via Rescaldina train station, plus 2 km by walk. Our building has a private parking available for all the employees.

**What You Will Do**
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to define and implement branding and marketing strategies.
- Support in planning and executing advertising campaigns. Monitor campaign effectiveness and analyze results to optimize future initiatives.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, engage in consumer panel research, and continuously monitor brand performance
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to manage creativity, media, define contents and ensure website updates.
- Proactively collaborate in developing and executing digital communication strategies on various owned and paid channels
- Monitor and analyze Savi campaigns, tracking conversion rates for digital samples, print materials, and other promotional activities
- Participate in the product & packaging development process, from conception to market introduction
- Help manage the brand's online presence through social media, websites, and other digital platforms
- Day-to-day operational tasks: manage routine operational tasks associated with marketing and brand management, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness

**Who You Are**
- We are looking for a Master of Science student or a recent Master of Science graduated in Marketing, Economics, or a related field with a strong passion for marketing and brand management.
- You are fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written).
- You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and have a good aptitude for data analysis
- You have a genuine passion for customers and brands, and you want to actively contribute to achieving our goals.
