For our office in **Milan **we are looking for a

**Real Estate - Logistics Associate (f/m/d)**

**Your responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Real Estate Logistics team, providing assistance on legal, leasing and technical topics
- Market research
- Coordinate lease agreements
- Archive and collect legal, technical and commercial documentation
- Follow-up on meetings, write meeting reports, read the minutes and support approving its terms and conditions
- Write correspondences and schedule meetings accordingly to the team needs

**Your qualifications**:

- Degree in Engineering or similar
- At least 2 years of experience in similar positions
- Ability to support in the drawing up of lease and technical agreements
- Familiar with law and agreements
- Organized and task oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and adapt readily to changing priorities
- Optimistic and team-working attitude
- Proficiency with Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe (PDF reader/creator) suites
- Fluency in English is mandatory
