Borsa Italiana Spa, the company responsible for the organization and management of Italian financial markets, provides an internship opportunity within the Listed Companies Price Sensitive & Corporate Information Team.
- The team has the responsibility for the relationship with listed companies in the area of corporate and price sensitive information, interacting with listed issuers, advisors and supervisory authorities.
- The team is also responsible for monitoring compliance by listed companies with the Exchange Rules, managing, where necessary, the relevant institutional proceedings (e.g. suspension/delisting/enforcement proceedings).

- Key Responsibilities_
- The resource will support the various teams in the following activities:

- Monitoring price sensitive information disseminated by companies listed on Euronext Equity Italian Markets.
- Preparing and publishing Borsa Italiana Announcements, including the relevant technical provisions
- Populating Borsa Italiana database in relation to corporate events and dividend payment
- Check on Euronext Growth Milan listed companies obligations
- Check on Sponsor & Specialist obligations
- Undergraduate student in his/her last years in economics/law
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Strong team working attitude
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to cover shifts
