Il Metropole Hotel di Venezia, affascinante e storico hotel 5 stelle, è alla ricerca di figure motivate e professionali per il ruolo di:
**Restaurant Manager e/o**

**F&B Coordinator**

La figura si occuperà di dirigere la sala e il reparto F&B dell’hotel.

Si occuperà inoltre della perfetta gestione degli eventi.

Requisiti fondamentali:

- Precedente esperienza nel ruolo in hotel 4/5 stelle o ristoranti stellati;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Spiccate doti di leadership e competenze organizzative e gestionali;
- Ottima conoscenza della cucina nazionale ed internazionale;
- Ottima conoscenza di elevati standard di servizio;
- Passione per l’enologia; buona conoscenza di degustazione, del servizio vini e capacità di abbinamento di vini ai piatti;
- Spiccate doti di gentilezza, sensibilità ed empatia con il cliente;
- Forte motivazione e passione per il proprio lavoro.

Requisiti preferenziali:

- Residenza nel comune di Venezia

Si offre:

- Contratto a tempo determinato con prospettiva di inserimento a tempo indeterminato;
- Orario di lavoro: Full time;
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
