**Requirements**:
**What you have**
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Technical Recruiter
- BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
- Solid knowledge of sourcing and recruiting techniques
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Knowledge of recruiting media, job aggregators, ATS and job distribution tools
- Passion for digital technology
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Fast learner
- Proactive attitude
