Accounting & Reporting Specialist (F/m/div)

Then, we have the perfect opportunity for you here at Infineon Join our team as our Accounting and Reporting Specialist and become a key member of our Finance team in Padova.
In this role, you'll play a vital role in our Finance team, handling several tasks such as invoice processing, procurement support, and project data collection.
In your new role you will:
- Help the Finance team in Padova with procurement tasks like **creating and tracking purchase orders, communicating with vendors, and verifying invoices **;
- **Be responsible for administrative and accounting tasks**:
- invoice processing, routine accounting tasks, and asset creation;
- **Assist your colleagues in procurement processes **, shipment and receiving procedures, as well as export control and customs;
- Support Infineon Padova Finance Manager by **collecting and organizing data for funded projects **.
**_Please note that we offer an external temporary contract with potential future conversion into a permanent one directly with Infineon._**
You have high-quality standards for your work and excellent analytical skills that support your attention to detail and focus on delivery. You have a problem-solver mindset and excellent organization and communication skills. Furthermore, your exceptional working ethics and ‘hands-on’ approach towards your job are your best allies in the achievement of excellence.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, **or equivalent fields of studies;
- **At least 1 year of experience in a similar role **, preferably in an international and multicultural environment;
- Experience with **vendor management, contracting, bookkeeping, export control and customs, and/or asset management topics **is preferred;
- **Strong Excel and analytical skills **- experience with **SAP **would be a plus;
- The capacity of working independently and structuring your own work;
- **Fluency in Italian and English - mandatory **.
