KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure company meets all legal requirements and guidelines on HSE
- As RSPP (Responsabile del Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione), ensure safety compliance based on D.Lgs 81/08.
- Management of internal and external HSE audits (1st part - internal, 2nd parts - customers or others in their behalf, 3rd parts - certification bodies); ensure related follows up and corrective actions.
- Lead HSE programs delivered by Group and ensure their effectiveness on site
- Drive site plans to complete all required risk assessments.
- Drive completion of priority actions from accidents, incidents, audits and risk assessments by ensuring up to date records and working closely with actionees and department managers.
- Plan, provide and deliver HSE training to employees (including to SPI and SPS - First Intervention Team and First Aid Team)
- Produce accurate periodical key performance indicator (KPI) data, trends and summary report.
- Work closely with Company Doctor, external authorities and all relevant internal and external HSE actors
- Manage all waste and supervise collections as required (eg hazardous waste)
- Lead PPE management systems to ensure correct provision of suitable PPE within budget

- Site Complaince with Company and Statutory HSE obligations
- Health, Environment and Safety results stated by KPI and statistics including:
accident, incident and near miss frequency rates

rate of seriousness
- Audits scores

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum an High School Certificate, or Degree in Industrial, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience,
- Trained auditor or equivalent experience; deep knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 regulations
- RSPP qualification (D. Lgs. 81/08)
- Experience in industrial and multinational environment
- At least English B2 level
