**About Us**: We are a dynamic and growing company in the tourism industry, providing tailored travel experiences across Europe. Our operations are centered on delivering high-quality services to our clients while optimizing internal processes for efficiency and growth. Currently, we specialize in the B2B segment, with a core business focused on group travel. However, we plan to expand into other market segments in the near future. We operate through two distinct brands: Maketourism: Providing 360-degree tourism services & Eurobusnetwork: Specializing in transportation services across Europe.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Constant scouting negotiation with suppliers needed for the delivery of the offered services. Oversee the daily operations of all travel services, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and cost control of operational services.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of the operations team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service execution.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Identify potential operational risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an operational management role within the tourism industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strong communication skills in English Italian and French; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in operational software and tools.
- Hands-on approach to operations, essential for small business success.
