Support the Consulting sales and delivery organization in managing approvals/processes in line with defined consulting Business practices and corporate policies;
Provide support and guidance to consulting sales during all the phases of the contract cycle, including directions on items requiring approval, and best way to prepare the approval request.

Work actively with legal / Deal Management team, analyze proposed contract terms and conditions and provide feedback to sales on issues of concerns and recommended alternatives that are suitable from a business practices and revenue recognition point of view.

Established relationship with Deal management and funding team to follow the process and ensure booking process follows smoothly.

Interpretation of policies and procedures in response to inquiries.

Manage contract renewals including contract draft and approvals to booking.

**Preferred competencies**:
Experience in similar or close roles (sales support, project operations, finance, business analyst

Experience in contracting also in the PA sector

Experience in structures operating in the project and professional services field.

**Qualifications**:
Fluent English required ( both spoken and written)

Pro-activity

Ability to work independently within a team and with other teams.

Ability to handle and keep up with constant changes in policies and procedures.

Ability to multi task, including juggling and prioritizing numerous contracts and issues at the same time often under strict time constrains.

Ability to communicate effectively, organized and detail oriented.

Have sense to numbers, knowledge of business administration background

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client*s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.

Job duties are varied and complex that need independent judgment. May have project lead role. A BS or BA in related fields. 5-7 year overall experience in functional or technical role. Two years experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Willing to travel regionally with some national travel.
