Infopulse Bulgaria welcomes talented professionals to join our project as Business Analyst with customs domain experience remotely.

**Areas of Responsibility**
- Support customer with questions and functionality logic
- Communication with product (solution) stakeholders
- Participation in solution design process with development team
- Requirements and process implementation

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of BA experience in IT
- Strong understanding of SDLC
- Previous experience of working with government entities (customs)
- Proficiency in writing requirements and use cases
- Strong knowledge of requirement management processes and change management processes
- Strong working experience in presenting the requirements to various target groups
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and result oriented approach
- At least upper intermediate level of English
