In our Milan office, in an international context, we are looking for a Supply Planner

**Your missions will include**:

- Planning & Purchasing
- **Recommend and execute product purchases** based upon demand inputs and other crucial supply planning criteria (current inventory levels, vendor capacity, minimums, and buy readiness).
- **Collaborate with Demand Planning** as needed to inform specific buying decisions.
- **Develop strong collaborative internal and external relationships** to drive a supply plan to support the financial forecast.
- **Contribute to creation of seasonal buy calendar** and other dates relevant for Planning.
- **Ensure on-time and in-full deliveries** that support inventory targets.
- **Be the liaison between sales**, customer service, logistics, demand planning, sourcing hubs, and merchandising to ensure overall plan execution.
- **Continually monitor demand needs** and supply timing to identify issues and opportunities.
- **Adjust supply timing** as needed to improve service to customers and / or meet inventory objectives.
- **Perform system administrative duties** for purchase orders maintenance.
- Continuous improvement
- ** Support the S&OP Supply Review meeting**. Highlight issues and opportunities to improve supply chain operational performance and achieve business objectives.
- **Analyse and provide input regarding supply-demand match**—partner with sales, merchandising, and global production to implement strategies to evaluate opportunities and risks.
- **Participate in communications and meetings** that add value to the demand and supply plans.
- **Ad hoc analysis** and reporting as required.

**What sets you apart**:

- **Four-year college degree in Business**, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related Analytical Discipline
- **3 years or more of supply planning** or related experience, preferably in a mid to large-size softgoods-related company.
- **Critical thinking** and decision making.
- **Strong communication skills**, fluent English - written and spoken (Italian is also an asset)
- **Excellent analytical skills**, attention to detail
- **Proficient computer skills**, Microsoft Office Products, and Excel mastery is required.
