**Posizione**:
The new employee, working closely with the CFO, will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Group's financial policies and will be accountable for the following tasks:

- cash pooling
- manage inter-company transactions/compensations taking care of the balance of mutual conveniences
- calculate cash flow and financial needs in the short and medium term
- customer management and customer custody
- standardize the treasury activities of the Group companies
- maintain relations with financial institutions
- monitor the preparation of payments for approval
- manage the treasury area and identify possible improvements in ordinary and operational management, in treasury analysis and reporting
- carry out the simulations and projections necessary to detect potential critical situations in time, Risk Management
- support the CFO in the management of extraordinary operations

The new employee will also collaborate with:

- the management control office to forecast medium-term cash-flows
- the accounting office to prepare the financial statements, in order to transfer the documentation regarding the periodic closures

**Requisiti**:

- fluent in English
- proven experience in the role for structured and international industrial realities
- excellent familiarity with Excel, SAP (or equivalent ERP systems) and with the IT and remote banking systems typical of the position (Docfinance, Piteco,...).

- organizational autonomy and proactivity
- strong communication and relational skills
- propensity for interpersonal relationships, interacting at multiple organizational levels
- leadership
