Our team is fully international and passionate about building the future of health and weight care for our customers. **About the role** The motion graphic designer brings creative marketing concepts to life Focused primarily on video ads, the motion graphic designer will take ideas and transform them into animated story lines that excite prospective clients. **What you'll do** - Create and revise video ads for use on various platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and more (75% of time) - Collaborate closely with Marketing Team members to generate and clarify ad ideas and visual approaches to production - Create and revise gif and static ads for use on various platforms such as Google Display, Facebook and more (20% of time) - Create animations that convey our value proposition on our website and in our pre-purchase quiz (5% of time) - Support technical contributors by formatting and compressing animation files as needed for optimal performance **About you** - Character design skills - Advanced 2D animation capabilities - Speed and volume to produce 20+ 15-second videos per month - Adobe Premiere Pro - Adobe After Effects - Adobe Illustrator - Adobe Animate - HTML5 canvas - JS or GSAP **Nice to haves** - 3D animation capabilities **Benefits** - Flexible, remote working environment - In-person company retreats and virtual gatherings - Apple laptop and equipment for your needs - Unlimited PTO - Work with incredibly talented colleagues **Life at Able** By joining Able, you’ll become part of a team that picks each other up, collaborates daily, and works hard, fast, and smart because they’re motivated and passionate about being the best in the industry.
