We are looking for an **Accounting Specialist** to manage our accounting operations in Italy. You will ensure smooth financial operations in Italy and the successful implementation and use of SAP ERP in Italy.

**Key Tasks**:

- Manage and maintain financial records and statements in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification, payment processing, and reconciliations.
- Act as a point of contact between internal departments and the financial area, serving as a liaison between accounting and external parties, including clients, suppliers, and lenders.
- Utilize SAP software for various accounting functions, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
- Handle general administrative tasks related to accounting, such as filing, data management, and correspondence.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or a related field.
- More than 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance role.
- Experience in SAP ERP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.

Pay: From €28,000.00 per year
