**Better requires process discipline and simplification**

We’ll be looking to you to lead our credit and collections department, ensuring a smooth collections process and partnership with our agents. You will oversee the collection team working with agents to manage day-to-day credit risk and increase the percentage of successful repayments. You will oversee the collection of outstanding credit and invoices to minimize profit loss while ensuring it is handled appropriately and per company policy. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to improve the revenue flow by carefully managing credit limits and overall agent exposure. You will also play a key part in building relationships with agents, leading to improved retention and business collaboration. In addition, you will be closely working with cash collection agencies, banks and other financial partners.
