**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain occupational health and safety documentation in compliance with local regulatory requirements;
Organize, conduct, and oversee occupational risk assessments in accordance with legal standards;
Deliver safety instructions to employees as per employer-defined procedures;
Plan and facilitate training sessions on occupational health and safety topics;
Design and implement preventive measures to reduce workplace accidents and occupational illnesses;
Monitor and ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations across the company.
**Required Qualifications**:
University degree;
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting;
Certified Occupational Health and Safety Specialist;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Lithuanian and English;
Proficient in computer literacy;
Experience with LEAN, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies.

**Salary**: €2000-2400/month (gross)
Annual performance bonuses available
