**Il ruolo**:
Lo scopo di questo ruolo è supportare il funzionamento del Club fornendo un eccezionale servizio ai clienti attraverso un'ampia varietà di attività ricreative.

**Responsabilità principali**:

- Fornire un caloroso benvenuto ai clienti (famiglie, soci, ospiti e visitatori) assicurandosi che le attività vengano registrate e i pagamenti ricevuti.
- Assistere i clienti rispetto a qualsiasi domanda o aiuto richiesto nel club.
- Supportare i clienti e incoraggiare l'acquisto di rinfreschi; bevande e snack.
- Rispondere alle richieste telefoniche e processare le prenotazioni per le varie attività.
- Assicurarsi che solo i visitatori autorizzati accedano al Club.
- Garantire la corretta elaborazione delle transazioni finanziarie utilizzando il relativo sistema di cassa POS.
- Ricevere eventuali consegne o supportare le visite.
- Assistere il Club Administrator rispetto ad attività amministrative.
- Rimanere aggiornato sui programmi del Club, le ultime attività ed eventi, promuovendo attività ai clienti a beneficio della loro esperienza del Club.
- Agire come ambasciatore del club in ogni momento.

- Qualifiche/capacità/esperienza richieste per il ruolo:

- Esperienza nel servizio al cliente
- Gradita abilitazione come assistente palestra e/o piscina
- Gradita formazione sul primo soccorso
- Gradita pregressa esperienza nell'organizzazione/supporto di attività per bambini

La posizione è part-time con sede presso Aspresso Club a Roma.
