The **Institutional Affairs & Market Access Director** is a key member of the Italian leadership team, reporting to the General Manager. In this influential and impactful role, you will be accountable for our institutional and market access strategy and priorities, leading a team in the execution of our strategy to maximise our impact in the Italian market.

In this role your primary focus will be:

- Strategy
- Analyse the health policy (macro and micro) and trends and potential impacts to identify opportunities and risks for Ipsen and its products
- Develop and negotiate, together with GM, approval and reimbursement process of new products and/or indications, in line with global policy
- Execution
- Represent Ipsen with regional and national health stakeholders, policy makers, to drive Ipsen’s business
- Develop and maintain a network at National and Regional level of key Ipsen related stakeholders
- Supervise the proper management of activities related to the tenders and private negotiations sales model
- Leadership
- Define, with the GM, the commercial policy, contributing to the wider affiliate decision making
- Support GM in the evaluation and identification of the most appropriate products business model
- Ensure the development of the most appropriate products commercial policy;
- Coordinate the operational plans with the BU Heads to strengthen the position of Ipsen among key Stakeholders;
