Operations Business Consultant

We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as Business Consultant. You will be based in our office in **Milan**or** Turin**, with a hybrid way of working.

**What will you do?**

As a vital member of our team, you will:

- Work with an international team delivering end-to-end projects in the Operations and Procurement areas.
- Lead strategic and Operational consultancy projects across multifaceted Operations sectors, such as engineering, procurement, production, logistics, supply chain management, and quality, within Industrial Goods and beyond.
- Collaborate with top-tier management clients, guiding the formulation and execution of visionary strategies.
- Steer strategic transformations within Operations, anchored in digitalization and sustainability.
- Optimize the very essence of Operations processes and structures, ushering in a new era of efficiency while championing sustainable practices.
- Shape the blueprint of modern factories, embodying innovative production methodologies alongside streamlined, sustainable production planning and control systems.
- Infuse novel work methodologies that stimulate innovation, catalyzing operational efficiency while advancing Industry 5.0 principles.

**Whom are we looking for?**
- You have successfully completed a Master’s Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Economics Management or similar fields.
- Over 3 years of hands-on experience within an influential industrial powerhouse or a recognized strategy consultancy.
- Profound insight into Operations intricacies and the strategic implementation of transformative initiatives.
- An insatiable curiosity for emerging trends and technologies that drive digital and sustainable progress.
- You are interested of business, technology, and process implications in any of the following: Sourcing and Procurement specializations, Automotive, Operations, Governance and Organization.
- You are interested of e-Procurement and Spend Management solutions, such as Coupa and Jaggaer (a certification and/or a hands-on experience with such technologies will be considered as a plus).
- A resolute focus on clients, with a drive to deliver tangible, lasting results that echo sustainability and digital advancement.
- An open, communicative, team-oriented approach underscored by genuine empathy.
- You have good problem-solving, team-working and presentation skills.
- An unwavering readiness to embrace both domestic and international travel.
- You are able to communicate both in **Italian and English** at all levels of the Organization (other European languages will be considered as a plus).
