- Job description 1
- As Supply Chain Manager, you will report to the Group Supply Chain Director. You will be accountable for Demand and Supply Planning processes, as well as the Logistics and Distribution activities in the country. Your activities will also include the monitoring of our Customer Service KPI’s. You will be expected to demonstrate a high level of communication and a strong capacity to represent the supply chain function through your leadership of the S&OP process. You will manage a team of 2 direct resources (Demand Planner + Customer Service Manager) and 4-5 indirect resources (Customer Service specialists).

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Lead the end-to-end S&OP / S&OE planning process
- Be accountable for the execution of Demand and Supply Planning processes
- Ensure inventory stays within the limits of the policy and the OTC products are correctly stocked
- Monitor delivery performance and develop strong communication lines with suppliers
- Create improvement plans in case of low performance
- Collaborate with Marketing and Demand Planning teams to guarantee product availability in line with sales plans, product switches, new launches
- Ensure Purchase Orders and other administrative tasks are well conducted in the ERP
- Be the local owner of the S&OP execution in the APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling system)
- Manage a team of 7 direct/indirect resources and monitor the Customer Service’s KPIs (ex. OTIF)

**EXPERIENCE PROFILE**
- +10 years’ experience in Consumer Health or FMCG companies
- Knowledge of the health care or pharmaceutical industry
- Master’s degree level with specialization in Supply Chain Management
- Team management experience (any size)

**COMPETENCIES**
- Fluent English
- Digital tools skills such as ERP (AX Sage, etc), APS (Kinaxis, OMP, FuturMaster etc), Excel, Power BI
- Great autonomy, networking and communication skills
- Strong leadership capability and Entrepreneurship mindset
- Availability to travel to our Confienza plant (15%)
