MEDLINE is an international group, manufacturer and global distributor of medical and surgical devices for healthcare institutions. Our factories in Châteaubriant, France and Partizánske, Slovakia assemble surgical kits, Medline's flagship product. All of our surgical kits are customised to the requirements of our customers, which include clinics and hospitals in Europe. In order to support our European sales force on this range of products, a quotation team ensures the establishment of customised quotes. Following an internal mobility, we are looking for a:
**Quoter - technical administrative staff**

(_temporary contract_)

In this role, you will be part of the design team with the scope to design our custom surgical kits. You will work closely with the Italian sales team to provide quotations for our kits, in accordance with public tender requests, taking note of cost and customer requirements.

You will continuously collaborate with the sales force, product managers, design team and manufacturing sites on all requests, and follow up on samples, production, surplus and forecasts, for example.

**How can you help us?**
- Prepare quotations for medical or care kits for customers accurately and in a timely fashion at the request of the sales team.
- Prepare technical offers by selecting the medical devices and other components that make up the pack for the calls for tender.
- Manage sample requests for sales representatives and customers.
- Be able to propose new components and/or alternatives to the sales force, in order to build the most efficient package for the customer.
- Ensure other sales regions have back-up support during holidays within the team.

- Advanced IT skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills (ability to balance processing multiple requests)
- Medical knowledge will be a plus
- Native in Italian and fluent English
- Detail-oriented and organised; your analytical skills allow you to be concise in your work
- Able to work in a challenging/fast-paced environment and manage priorities
- Based in Florence or within the province’
