Sales Manager Global Key Accounts

**Job **Purpose**
As Sales Manager Global Key Accounts you are accountable for managing and growing the
portfolio of Global Key Accounts of your country by providing premium care via efficient
human and digital coverage. You lead and steer the Global Key Accounts team towards
executing the Game Plan, and GKA-strategy and monitor the delivery of overall budgets as
defined by Trade, Global Account Management (GHQ) and Account plans. You safeguard
implementation and efficiency of sales processes within ONE's company rules and regulations
and proactively manage transformation and change within the GKA team.

To provide direction and vision by empowering and motivating direct and indirect reports
to achieve success. Foster a strong desire to succeed through actively managing
performance, attracting new and developing existing talents. Create and nurture an
inclusive and safe environment where everyone is enabled to perform to the best of their
abilities by giving and receiving feedback, as well as challenging and coaching direct
reports and team overall. Be a role model by embracing and promoting change and
compliant behavior.
**Strategy Global Key Accounts**
To own the global customer strategy, support the negotiation of contracts, own sales and
service performance with Customer’s GHQ-level stakeholder and act as main escalation
for issues the KA team cannot resolve. Manage the Global Key Accounts Team towards
delivering on agreed targets and KPIs. Continuously enhance process efficiencies and
follow through on the implementation of ONE's overall strategy and resulting changes in
roles and workflows.
**Communication & Problem Solving**
Point of escalation for (GKA) customer and Trade issues that have not been resolved by
the GKA team. Liaise with Operations and Customer Service departments to resolve
operational issues. Ensure overall that communication between Sales, regional GKA
counterparts and other departments is running smoothly. Cooperate with HR concerning any
learning & development, recruiting etc.).
**Building & Maintaining Relationships**
Maintain personal relationships at senior level with key customers. Act as escalation
point for customer and Trade issues that have not been resolved by the Sales Team.
Foster strong relationship and smooth cooperation within Global, Regional and Local
Key Accounts team (Executives and Specialists). Conduct visits independently or
support Sales Executives.
**Skills, Qualifications and Expertise**:
Education required: Bachelor or equivalent level
Job experience: Expert level ( 8-10 years )
**Technical Skills and Expertise**:
Broad shipping and logistics knowledge
Good economical and commercial know how & understanding
Experienced Leader and Manager
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (C1)
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies

**Remark**
In addition to the major responsibilities detailed in this job description, the job holder will carry
out any other duties or projects assigned by the company. There will be a requirement to be
flexible on hours of work in accordance with operational business needs, this will also be
required to assist the department to meet its KPIs
