In-Service Product Performance (ISPP) Engineer is focused on the business intelligence analysis of LH in-service helicopters fleet through the collection and processing of the related fleet data and the elaboration of key performance parameters aimed to support the strategic decisional process of LH business management.

Main Accountabilities and Activities:

- Process the data collected from the in-service fleet through both descriptive and inferential statistical approaches;
- Calculate key performance parameters for the in-service fleet by mean of specialized tools available/developed internally for the scope;
- Support the Reliability Data Sharing Group (RDSG) program through data collection, processing and reporting;
- Perform on-demand reliability analyses, including the management of the activities' requirements and the redaction of the final report;
- Support the PSM function in the implementation of the ISPI process and other corporate initiatives resulting from the technical committees;
- Support the Company's digital transformation streams through collaboration with digital services department and participation to the relevant working group;
- Collaborate with Engineering department and other CS&S functions in the implementation of the Vendors' reliability improvement process;
Main interfaces:

- Customers (within the perimeter of Reliability Data Sharing Group program);
- LH Engineering Organization (CPE, Airworthiness, Technical Departments, Procurement, etc );
- LH Product Management / Customer Support Management;
- Other CS&S functions;
- Operation Quality and FAL;
- Vendors;

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in the Aeronautical sector (preferably operating in Engineering or Maintenance)
- Knowledge of Aviation regulations (EASA, EMAR,)
