We are looking forward to graduate students (laureandi) to join our **Marketing & Communication Department **as an **Intern**, within the **Brand Heritage team**. The Intern will be based in Rome and will contribute to the following main activities: Support a new, prestigious exhibition project, namely in relation to the activities connected to the handling of all the items (i.e. jewels, watches, silver objects, artworks) included in the exhibition. **Accountabilities**: - support the Exhibition team in interacting with the logistic, legal, insurance and security teams - support the Exhibition team in updating the files related to the items in the Exhibition, including all the details needed for legal, insurance and logistic policies - support the Exhibition team in all the relationship with collectors and lenders - support the Exhibition team in archiving properly all the documents related to the items borrowed from collectors and clients **Profile**: **Requirements**: - Master’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Communication or similar fields - Attitude for analytical and quantitative activities - Teamwork and empathy - Dynamic and "can-do" attitude - Proactivity and drive for results - Excellent knowledge of Office Applications, with special focus on Excel - Fluency English, and possibly in Italian.
