**Posizione:**:**PRODUCT PLANNING SPECIALIST**

Purpose of the Job:
Reporting to the Product Planning Senior Manager, the Product Specialist will progressively become responsible for the development and execution of the marketing strategy for the assigned carlines, within the market segment concerned.

S/he will be responsible to manage in-life product performance, as well as the product improvement life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities.

Moreover, s/he will be involved in case of new products launch, contributing to the development of the new Launch Plan, and cooperating with their manager to ensure the cross-functional implementation of the plan.

The Product Specialist will take care of the following tasks:

- New products launch, contributing to the development of the new Launch Plan, and cooperating with their manager to ensure the cross-functional implementation of the plan
- Responsible to manage in-life product performance, as well as the product improvement life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Collection and analysis of the information coming from HQ and internal processes related to the assigned products and for the definition of product configuration
- Management of leverages results coming from research and analytics to determine new opportunities for improvement by analyzing industry trends, identifying gaps, and proposing ideas on actions to address those gaps.
- Support in pricing policy
- in terms of price list adjusted (VA) and Promo (TA), collecting and analyzing data on costs and competitive scenario. Assessment of profitability and issuance of price lists;
- Product positioning and messaging - to differentiate our products in the market by line-up and pricing strategy, according to competitiveness analysis and customer expectations
- Advertising
- to focus on model USP and to create coherent message for customers, supporting the production of communication assets
- Ordering process - to ensure ordering are managed in coherence with line-up strategy and economics results
- Creation of special action model linked to different line-up
- Highlights and presents the insights of NCBS analysis for what concerns his carlines,
- Operational activities: OCNs creation, PPF, KDCS, Pricing file, etc

**Requisiti:**:**Education**:
University degree, preferably Economics, or Engineering

**Experience**:
**Skills**:
English: fluent, spoken and written

Italian: good knowledge, spoken and written

MS-office proficient
