We're recruiting several Italian -speaking Customer Support Representatives in Athens with a relocation package,

to advise clients in one of these fields : Social Media, Telecommunication, Streaming platform, Automotive, Online Bank, Financial Services, Electrical Goods, New Technology, Fashion ectdepending on the projects available.

**Your Role**
- Use English when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
- Handle customer complaints by proposing appropriate solutions within the given deadlines.
- Work with other experts to resolve open cases.
- Maintain and update internal systems.
- Specific tasks will be discussed depending on the position selected.

**Your qualifications**
- Level C2 in Italian and intermediate in English (B2) - Mandatory.
- High school diploma - Mandatory.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in customer support, online or in person, is desirable.
- Resourceful and stress-resistant personality, able to adapt and remain calm in all situations.
- Passport/Identity card from a European country or resident card in Greece.
