At Eutelsat Group, we are committed to supporting your well-being and ensuring you have the flexibility you need to succeed both at work and at home. **Job Overview** As an Internal & HR Communications Specialist you will be reporting to the Group Internal Communications & Culture Director based in France and have a tutor in Italy, i.e. the Head of Talent Acquisition. You will be part of a dynamic and international team (with direct colleagues in the UK, France and Mexico), and help shape and deliver our internal and external HR messaging. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the HR team, employees, and key stakeholders to craft communications and initiatives that support our culture, enhance employee experience, and strengthen our employer brand. **Who You Are**: Are you someone who loves writing, producing videos, and organising engaging events? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We're looking for an HR/ Communication apprentice to join our Group Internal Communications & Culture team. You will boost your skills and get involved in many diverse and interesting projects at local and Group level, working with a great variety of people within the company. **What You’ll Do**: - **Support Local HR Communications (10%)**: Assist local HR teams in crafting impactful communications aligned with Group guidelines. Develop and manage a local HR portal on SharePoint as reliable sources of HR information for our colleagues in Italy. - **Support Organization of Internal Events (10%)**: Plan and deliver communication activities and events across our Italian offices in collaboration with the Facility management team, to strengthen employee engagement and foster a positive work environment. - **Promote Employer Branding (20%)**: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to promote our Group employer brand through engaging online content, highlighting our people, culture, and key initiatives. - **Promote engagement and Well Being within HR team (10%)**: Recommend and help roll out initiatives within the Global HR team to keep improving well-being and sense of belonging - especially based on the results of our annual Great Place to Work survey. - **Coordinate D&I Actions (10%)**: Help design and implement Group-level D&I initiatives in collaboration with Internal champions to foster an inclusive and respectful workplace. This list of tasks is not exhaustive, and you may be involved in other activities depending on your experience, needs and motivation **What You’ll Need**: - A previous professional experience in Internal Communications - You are familiar with the Microsoft Office 365 suite and knowing DTP tools (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) is a plus. - You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and you’ll be a team player who’s able to build effective relationships. You are rigorous, dynamic, and are keen to take initiatives. - You have project management skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, and time management. - Languages: Fluent Italian and excellent level
