Head of Global Publisher Success

the person will be responsible of the whole success team: Global Support, Account Managers and Yield Managers
- will be also in charge of the connections of the Publisher team with other teams like: BI, Product, Programmatic and Legal
- The role will work and report directly to the VP Global Publisher Development and will raise the main problem and opportunities
- The role is also in charge of launching campaigns of optimisation and upselling.
- the person will be responsible of setting goals and manage people in order to retain and develop actual people

- 5 years of experience in Client Service, Customer Care or Publisher Management
- Ability to Supervise, educate and inspire people to give the best service possible to our customers
- Knowledge of the Basic of Digital Advertising
- Experience with Global organisations
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in economic / communication

**Will be a plus**:
- Experience with AdTech/MarTech
- Prior Account and Yield Experience
- Data driven attitude
