is searching for an international Food Ingredients Company with a global Network of Plants, Sales offices, R&D Centres the
General Manager Food Ingredients Europe
**Location**: Northern Italy onsite
- You will be in charge of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, NPD
- You are a specialist in Food Ingredients
- Develop Strategies and formulate Annual Business Plan, Market share objectives
- you are able to lead a bigger team : Finance, Operation, Sales Business Developement, R&D, NPD etx.
- To develop, lead and manage all commercial activities of the business and implement an innovative, growth focused commercial strategy,
- focusing primarily on new product areas and emerging markets.
- To ensure that profitable business growth is accelerated and that commercial success is achieved.
- MBA from reputed Institute, 15-20 years’ work experience in Food B2B industry
- to be responsible for driving the entire business operations for the Food Business with Focus on top line and bottom line performance
- increasing revenues and augmenting profitability.
- you speak beside english also other local languages like italian

Tasks
This is not a FMCG job, this is not a job for GMs for Hotels
