Cerchiamo una risorsa top-tier e orientata al risultato per aiutarci a sostenere la crescita sostenibile di Prima, da inserire all'interno del team del CFO del Gruppo.
Avrai l'opportunità di giocare un ruolo centrale nella definizione del futuro della Società, venendo coinvolto in progetti altamente strategici e contribuendo a definire e implementare la nostra strategia di capital markets.
Nello specifico, sarai responsabile di queste attività:
Valutazione ed esecuzione di future opportunità di capital raising, incluso debito, equity, rounds, IPO, eccetera
Valutazione di opportunità di business, come sviluppo di business case per nuove iniziative
Analisi e pianificazione finanziaria, incluse proiezioni di planning e forecasting e analisi di scenario
Preparazione di materiale per le relazioni con gli investitori, inclusi documenti per il Board e presentazioni per gli investitori
Preparazione di presentazioni per altri stakeholder chiave e aggiornamenti per l'azienda
M&A scanning, target analysis e due diligence
